Tele2’s chatbot recently took home the Best Content Award in Sweden due to its success. The chatbot has handled 87% of messages and questions, and redirected only 3% to service calls. It caused 400 activations and new SIM card orders, in addition to helping reach younger audiences. This project has helped Tele2 reach younger audiences which would previously contact them during the hours when Customer Support was closed.
