Hi there, we have our own API that you can call to achieve this, but as of right now we do not provide a Botsociety webhook. Could you tell me more about what you're trying to achieve so we can help you out?
Hi there, in the current version of the build mode you cannot merge or delete intents, but we are working that in the next version! Since we're trying to understand issues that our users face on the Build mode, could you let me know why did you initially add more intents?
Hello Mel, thanks for the question. We have released the RASA export for Slack again after working on a couple of fixes. While we were working on this, the RASA export has been available for all other platforms besides Slack and Google Hangouts. Since RASA does not support Slack directly, there might be some changes that you might need to make in the exported files, especially for the buttons. Hope this helps and thanks for the feedback!
@vittoriobanfi same thing as Kristina. I have lots of buttons on button cards and carousels that direct users to a webpage. It would be very important for me to be able to include the URLs in the JSON file that I want to export. Is this a difficult feature to add?
@Vittorio-Banfi said in Custom Designs:
You can also enter custom CSS code that can be applied to your prototype to change any of its UI characteristics. This is still not documented, but if you tell me what is the final result you want to achieve (for example, sharing a screenshot), I can tell you which code you need to put.
This is great! I will post something shortly. Thanks
Hey, we recently switched the Dialogflow integration to the new API version.
We found some issues thanks to your report.
We are going to release the fix later today or tomorrow at most.
Hi! Yes, you can link message between different intents. Switch to the message you would like to link, and at the end of the path you will find the button 'Link'. Click on it, and you will be able to select from the flowchart the message you would like to link to. More info on the documentation here: https://botsociety.io/documentation/paths/#linking-paths
Stability and ownership first; if I use the URL I get from the design when I import it from the Botsociety API and integrate that directly into my bot, who is to say that you won't make a change to your infrastructure that will make this URL fall down?
Also security; since some of this content is copyrighted, we prefer serving it from our own servers all the time.
And since we already have the content and infrastructure, it does not make much sense to upload it just to get it back.
Hi there, my apologies for the delay! You can download a flow chart or dialog tree of your design by going to Flowchart view (third icon from the top right side of a design page). Once you're in Flowchart view, you can download a PDF copy by clicking the Save icon on the top left.
Hi Christiaan, my apologies for the delay!
Thank you for bringing this up and sending details like the approach you took.
We did notice that there was an issue with exporting designs with links to Dialogflow and have taken the appropriate steps to solve the issue. Feel free to try again and let me know how it works.
If you are still having trouble with this, please send us the link to the design at email@example.com I will look into the export and we will follow up with you shortly.
All the best,
