It’s time to tidy up your designs. There are multiple actions you can take to help you organize your Botsociety workspace. Let’s see them all.
Go to the main Designs page, it should look similar to this:
You can organize your designs in Folders. This is handy if you have many designs.
To create a new Folder, click on the button at the top right, then select Folder.
Alternatively, use the large button at the bottom of the screen:
You will be prompted to name your new Folder:
The newly created folder will then show up in the main window.
Pro tip: you can nest folders one inside the other!
Searching Designs and Folders
At the top of the page, a Search bar allows you to search through all your Folders and Designs.
Grid View and List View
At the top right of the screen, you can select the and buttons to switch between arranging your designs and folders as a Grid or as a List.
The Grid view looks like this:
While in Grid View, hover over any design and folder to access quick actions to clone, move, delete and share a design.
The List View offers a more compact visualization.

Cloning a Design
You can clone a design by clicking on the button.
A new window prompt will ask you to name your newly cloned design:
Moving a Design
You can move a design by clicking on the button.
A new window prompt will ask you to which folder you want to move your design to:
Deleting a Design or Folder
You can delete a design or folder by clicking on the button.
You will be asked for confirmation before the deletion takes place.
Renaming a Design
To rename a design, click on it as if you wanted to edit it.
Click on its name at the top left of the screen, and you will be able to edit its name inline:
