By joining our team, you will help shape the creative suite of the future.
You will be joining our growing Sales team to help build our Customer Success function. Our customers are design teams from enterprise companies in many different verticals. You will be in charge of making sure that they all are successfully designing the next generation of conversational interfaces. Given the company expertise in the field of conversation design, expect to learn a lot from our training sessions.
This role comes with a lot of ownership and allows you to have an incredibly large impact on our organization’s most important efforts. You act as a constant advocate of customer needs, roadblocks, and projects. You will be working closely with the Account Manager and the CEO on our biggest accounts.
